ARDO's Divisions
Remodeling companies usually say they specialize in "all types of remodeling projects". Truth is, they are truly best at one type, one size, one complexity of project. It's nearly impossible for the consumer to match their need with the right 'size' remodeling company.
However, ARDO provides excellent remodeling results from the simplest repairs up to million dollar projects. They do this by having a large, specialized staff of employees and by effectively combining several Divisions (think mini-companies) under one umbrella. Whether you need help with a honey-do list from our Handyman, need masonry or plumbing help, or want to partner with the best Design-Build remodeler around, ARDO can help!

Handyman Division
We added the Handyman Division in 2000 to focus solely on repairs. Our "man-in-the-van" provides all types of repairs, and performs mini-projects of short duration. If you need help with your honey-do list, this is where to find help!
Masonry Division
Master mason Tim Hilton joined ARDO to head up the Masonry Division. They provide all types of concrete and masonry services for ARDO projects, and for the public. Driveways, patios, steps, slabs, sidewalks, brick veneer, stonework and all types of masonry work are provided by Tim and his guys. They also provide limited sitework, earthwork and welding services.Plumbing Division
ARDO hired licensed Master Plumber Les Sims to head our plumbing division. Les and his staff provide all plumbing services for the projects ARDO builds. In addition, they do plumbing projects for ARDO's clients and the general public as well.
Design-Build Division
ARDO offers TRUE Design-Build services with licensed architect Jim Molinelli on staff. Jim meets ARDO clients who are planning more complex, one-of-a-kind remodeling projects. Jim's accurate estimating during the evolving design process also allows the customer maintain control over their budget and costs.
Once a design is approved, permit drawings are produced, and permits obtained allowing the project to begin. While construction is underway, Jim with the production team and the client, finalize product selections, electrical layouts and remaining details.
Ultimately the design-build process takes less total time and costs significantly less money than traditional architect-remodeler projects. In-house design-build also allows the architect to be on-call for design based discussions during construction
